Refunds and exchange policy

You have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your Blinder Online purchase.

All items should be new, unused, and with all Blinder brand tags on the garment still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

The purchased item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the store. The company requests the customer to ensure that they’re packed up properly for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to the store.

Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price. If the new item’s value is less than the previous item’s value, the balance will not be refunded.

All exchange items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request. We try hard to accept all items returned to us and implement our exchange policy.

Customer will have to bear the cost of returning the item.

If a garment has any defects/damages an exchange will be placed FOC and in the case a garment cannot be exchanged, you are able to select a new garment of the same value or opt for a store credit.

Remember

  • You can’t make more than one exchange requests at the same time for the same order.
  • Online exchanges are not available for sale or discounted items.
  • Online purchases cannot be exchanged at our physical outlets.
